On Accepting Death


    Most of us rather throw away the unwanted thoughts about death. We may cheat ourselves and usually deny the death although we know that all of us are going to die. Fear of pain, sickness and also distress at parting with loved ones are things that we would like to put off as long as possible. As we know that now people are more open to talk and discuss about death. What people think about death, how to shape attitudes towards the death and also what happen when people dying are interesting topic discuss.

     There are so many opinions about death. Accepting the death is hard for most people. The hardest part of it is accepting the death of someone we love. Most of us would agree that there is no pain like that. According to the biologists, the death can be defined as a natural cycle. As we know that as human beings we are part of the continuity of life and nature. The death is the final destination of every species. Some people said that things around us explode vividly when people are dying. Those things would be more meaningful and only a dying person who can hear and feel it. 

    Most people are afraid to face the death. There are some ways to shape the attitudes towards the death. First, we have to be aware that each moment may be the ultimate. If we thought the death as the ultimate moment, it will be possible to reduce the fear of the death itself. Second, we have to think that the death presents no difficulty. Nature has arranged things very well so we normally won’t realized of facing the death. Last, we have to know that the fear of death is a necessary fear. As we know that as the human beings it’s necessary for us to have this fear, because without this fear there would be no survival value.

    The death doesn’t come easily. There are several things that will happen when people are dying. One of those things is the body would holds on as long as it can. When it’s time to die, our bodies would make a forceful fight. Another thing that will happen is everything was vivid and alive. Again, a dying person could feel the explosion of beauty that binds life and death. In addition to the body holds and everything was vivid and alive, people are usually feel anxiety and curious when the death come. They all are curious about death not only adults but also all children.
